How do I request a withdrawal?
Requesting a withdrawal from Cafe Casino is easy and fast. Watch our video tutorial to correctly request a withdrawal of you’re your winnings from your account. Or simply follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below.
1. Click the silhouette icon at the top of the page.

2. From the cashier window, select 'Withdraw'.

3. Select the method you wish to receive your withdrawal.

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click, 'Request Withdrawal'.

5. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, you'll be asked to enter your 6-digit code from the Authenticator app, then select 'Withdraw'. Note: A new 6-digit code is required each time 2FA is used. Reusing a code won't work.
6. Once requested you'll be presented with your withdrawal details along with a unique reference number.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- All deposits must be wagered completely before any winnings can be withdrawn. By not meeting this requirement, your withdrawal may be subject to cancelation and return of funds to your account balance.
- Exceptions will be made for peer-to-peer methods such as Player Transfer and MatchPay - when there is a re-deposit, in whole or in part of a previous withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed each day on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be processed until after 72 hours so long as all pre-authorized or pending deposits to your Cafe Casino account have been settled.
- We may require you to submit documentation prior to a payment being processed for verification purposes.
- Cafe Casino reserves the right to charge a handling fee for withdrawals less than $20.
- You may be charged a fee in the event that you deposit money into your Cafe Casino account and then withdraw it without using the funds in order to cover the actual costs of processing the transactions.
- Delivery time frames vary depending on your method of withdrawal and can be viewed on the withdrawal screen for each method.
- Cryptocurrency (BTC/BCH) requests exceeding $2,500 will be sent incrementally every 3 days until you are fully paid out.
- Withdrawals via Bitcoin will not be processed until all deposit transactions have been confirmed.
- In the event a player is contacted for assistance regarding a withdrawal, communication will typically be conducted by telephone. The Company, including its representatives, affiliates, and any VIP Hosts, will never provide wallet addresses, payment destinations, or banking details for the purpose of facilitating withdrawals.
- All withdrawal information—such as cryptocurrency wallet addresses, banking details, or any other payment related data—must be submitted exclusively by the account holder through the Company’s official platform using their secure account credentials.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from transactions initiated outside its official systems or from information shared with unauthorized third parties.
