Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) at Login

Keeping your account secure is important to us. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection by requiring both your password and a unique verification code when you log in.

Follow these steps to get started:

1. Start at login

• Log in - you’ll see the 2FA Welcome Page.

You can choose 'Skip For Now' to set it up later, or 'Don’t Show Again' to opt out. You can always enable 2FA later in your security settings.

2. Verify your identity

• Enter the SMS code sent to your registered phone number. Once verified, you’ll be prompted to set up an authenticator app, preferrably Google Authenticator.

3. Link your authenticator app

Open your authenticator app and either scan the QR code, or enter the setup key manually.

4. Confirm setup

• Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click 'Confirm'. You’ll see a message confirming that 2FA has been successfully enabled.

That’s it, you’re all set! Now that 2FA is enabled, you’ll be asked to enter a new verification code when you login, withdraw, update your profile and change your password.

This added step helps keep your account secure by confirming it’s really you whenever important changes are made, giving you added peace of mind.
